Why Wyoming Missing Canines?
This group of concerned citizens was formed with a goal of preventing the theft and flipping of animals. “Flipping” occurs when an animal is stolen or acquired free for the purpose of selling to acquire financial gain. Flipping, rehoming, and/or selling the animals for "bait animals " in dog fighting is prevalent in metropolitan areas and there are indications that this has found its way to Casper, Wyoming. An animal may bring hundreds of dollars in a variety of markets, and no animal is safe. Be sure when you offer a free pet that it is going to a good home: Require references and check them.
